    I have just read an article about people who share information re salaries being discontent.I certainly was.
    When it shows the differences between the amount of work done and the responsibility placed of one emplyee for £x pay and another for £-x it certainly doesn’t make one happy. Strange as it seems it’s usually females who experience this. However, even with this injustice it is better to have a workplace site where one can see the salaries of co workers without it being shrouded in secrecy to inspire them to reach higher things.or to see who is a lazy so and so resting on their laurels
